SHIPPING POLICY

  • We offer delivery for Hong Kong customer

  • We use SF Express for the delivery and freight on delivery (Customer pays the freight charge according to the weight/size of the goods)

  • Rates to Commercial and Industrial area / Building, SF Express Service Centres, SF Stores or S.F. Service Points

  • A surcharge of HK$20 for residential address (Residential surcharge), an extra working day for delivery is anticipated

  • A surcharge of HK$30 for remote area (Remote area surcharge) , an extra working day for delivery is expected

  • For residual address in remote area, only remote area surcharge will be charged

  • We do not accept PO Box address

  • For any reasons customer cannot receive the delivery, please contact SF Express directly for arrangement. If delivery is unsuccessful for a few times, order may be cancelled. Dirtea Lab Limited is at its discretionary not to refund the order

DELIVERY TIME
  • Delivery services are provided from Mon to Sat (Except Public Holiday)

  • Orders (after payment) will be proceed within 2-3 working days (Monday to Friday) – according to the inventory with estimated delivery within 3 working days afterwards (Please anticipate additional 2-4 working days during sales period and during any public holidays which might delay courier service)

  • You will receive an email containing a tracking number once your order is shipped

  • PayPal

REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY
  • Customers cannot cancel purchase orders upon receiving purchase confirmation, all fees are non-refundable

  • Should the delivered products be damaged or expired, please contact us at info@dirtealab.com within two days after receiving the products. We will follow up with the replacement/return at our discretionary. Any reports after two days will not be handled.

  • The order invoice must be present for any replacement / return of products, each item can only be replaced once (can only replace by same price products)

  • Our staff will contact the customer for arrangement of the time and date for replacement / return, subject to stock availability

  • Dirtea Lab Limited reserves the rights to make the final decision of acceptance for any replacement / return orders
